Day care allows your dog to play and be socialized in a controlled environment while you are at work. With Play and Train, your dog will get the benefits of day care but will additionally receive several training sessions throughout the day, encompassing the commands designed to make life easier for the both of you. Among these are: sit, down, loose leash, place, sit-stay, down-stay, place-stay, with an emphasis placed on your particular training needs.

Our training methodology has a strong focus on positive motivational methods such as clicker training. Another benefit of Play and Train is that unlike boarding arrangements, your dog gets to go home with you each night. In fact, a crucial aspect of the program is your direct involvement in the training. Although we do the bulk of the training, we also work with you in once-a-week private sessions to help you reinforce the commands we have taught your dog.
